Tasty Dahi Bhalla
The most loved street snack now you can make in your kitchen with sweetened Yogurt, Chaat Masala, and Tangy Chutneys.
Ingredients
For Besan Bhalla
- Besan(Gram Flour) - 1 Cup
- Meetha Soda(Baking Soda) - 1 Tsp
- NAMAK(Salt) - 1 Tsp
- Lal Mirch Powder(Red Chilly Powder) - 1 Tsp
- Haldee Powder(Turmeric Powder) - 1/4 Tsp
- Dadar Mirch(Red Chilly Flakes) - 1/4 Tsp
- Zeera, Dhania Powder( Cumin Seeds, Corriander Powder) - 1/2 Tsp
- Zeera(Cumin Seeds) - 1/2 Tsp
- Paani(Water) - As Required
- Oil- As Required
For Sweetened Yogurt
- Dahi(Yogurt) - 3 Cups
- Namak(Salt) - 1/2 Tsp
- Cheeni(Sugar) - 3 Tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp
Other Ingredients
- Safeed Chaney(Chickpeas) - (3-4) Tsp Boiled
- Aloo(Potatoes) - (3-4) Tsp Boiled
- Pyaaz(Onion) - 2 Tsp Chopped
- Tamatar(Tomatoes) - 1 Tsp Chopped
- Sabaz Mirch(Green chilly) - 1/2 Tsp
- Mint Chatni - 2 Tsp
- Khubani ki Chatni(Apricot Sauce) - (3-5) Tsp
Directions
> Prepare Dahi Bhalla by adding salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, red chilly flakes, cumin seeds, and cumin seed, coriander powder. Gradually add water to make a smooth batter.
> Take 1 Tsp of Batter and deep fry the bhallas in Oil till Golden Brown. Soak in Lukewarm Water for 10 minutes, squeeze to remove the excess water.
> To prepare the sweetened yogurt, add salt, sugar, and chaat masala and whisk it well.
> Set the Bhallas in the Tray, add sweetened yogurt, Chickpeas, potatoes, chopped tomatoes, Chopped Onions, Chopped green chilies, Mint Chatni, and apricot sauce.
