Recipe of Khubani Ki Chatni

Khubani Ki Chatni / Apricot Sauce

A  Sweet Chatni Prepared from the Dried Apricot tastes so good and it is very simple to make and Store it in Refrigerator for up to eight weeks. 

Ingredients

  • Sukhi Khubani(Dried Apricot) - 500g
  • Paani(Water) - 3 Cups
  • Namak(Salt) - 1/2 Tsp
  • Cheeni(Sugar) - 3 Cups
  • Dadar Mirch(Red  Chilly Flakes) - 1 Tsp

Directions

> Soak the Apricots in water.
> Grind the soaked Apricots with water.
> Add salt, sugar, and red chilly flakes. Grind well to make a paste.
> Add the paste to a pan and cook for 8-10 minutes.

your sweet Apricot sauce is ready. Serve it with Crispy Pakora
