Ingredients


  • Besan(Gram Flour) - 1 Cup
  • Corn Flour - 1/4 Cup
  • Namak(Salt) - 1 Tbs
  • Lal Mirch(Red Chilly Powder) - 1/2 Tbs
  • Zeera(Cumin Seeds) - 1/2 Tbs
  • Kaali Mirch(Black Pepper Powder) - 1/2 Tbs
  • Hara Dhaniya(Fresh Corriander Leaves) - 2 Tbs
  • Pyaaz(Onion) - 1 Medium Chopped
  • Paani(Water) - As Required
  • Gobi(Cauliflower Florets) - 1 Cup
  • Meetha Soda(Baking Soda) - 1/2 Tbs

Directions

  1. Add corn flour, salt, red chilly powder, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, fresh coriander leaves, onion, and water in Besan.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and cover for 30 minutes.
  3. Add Cauliflower Florets and baking Soda, Mix well.
  4. Fry the delicious Pakora until Golden Brown and Enjoy.

Your Tasty Gobi Pakora is ready for Server. Serve with mint chutney.
