Fusion Of Aloo with Matar and Mongray

when our All-time favourite Aloo is cooked with Matar and Mongray using Traditional Spices then the fusion is just amazing to Taste so let us begin with the Recipe to make a Delicious Lunch.

Ingredients

  • Oil - 1/4 Cup
  • Pyaaz(Onion) - 1 Large Chopped
  • Tamatar(Tomato) - 1 Chopped
  • Sabaz Mirch( Green Chilly) - (3-4) Chopped
  • Namak(Salt) - 1 Tbs
  • Lal Mirch Powder(Red Chilly Powder) - 1/2 Tbs
  • Haldee Powder(Tumeric Powder) - 1/4 Tbs
  • Kalli Mirch Powder(Black Pepper Powder) - 1/4 Tbs
  • Palak(Spinach) - 3 Tbs
  • Paani(Water) - 3 Tbs
  • Matar(Peas) - 1/2 Cup
  • Mongray - 1 Cup
  • Aloo(Potatoes) - (3-4) Small Sliced
  • Garam Masala - 1 Tbs
  • Zeera(Cumin Seeds) - 1/2 Tbs

Directions 

> Fry Onion Until Translucent. Add tomatoes, green chilly, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, palak, and water. Cover Until Tomatoes are Soft.
> Add Matar and Mongray, Mix Well and Cover for 5-8 Minutes. Add potatoes, Cover Until Potatoes are soft. 
> Add Gram Masala Powder, Cumin seeds and Cover for 2-3 Minutes.

Your Delicious Lunch is Ready to Serve. Serve with Roti and Makhan.
