Crispy Pakora
Crispy Pakora is the most favorite snack of all time. It is also the Special dish of Iftar. So follow this quick and simple recipe and make this tasty snack in your kitchen.
Ingredients
- Besan(Gram Flour) - 1 & 1/2 Cup
- Namak(Salt) - 1 Tbs
- Lal Mirch(Red Chilly Powder) - 1/4 Tbs
- Dadar Mirch(Red Chilly Flakes) - 1/4Tbs
- Kaali Mirch(Black Pepper Powder) - 1/4 Tbs
- Zeera(Cumin Seeds) - 1 Tbs
- Paani(Water) - 1 Cup Or as Required
- Aloo(Potatoes) - 4 Medium
- Palak(Spinach) - 3 Tbs
- Pyaaz(onion) - 1 Medium (Finely Sliced)
- Hara Dhaniya(Fresh Corriander Leaves) - 3 Tbs
- Meetha Soda(Baking Soda) - 1/2 Tbs
- Zeera, Dhaniya Powder - 1 Tbs
Directions
> Add salt, red chilly powder, red chilly flakes, black pepper powder, and Cumin seeds. Add water gradually until the batter is smooth. Let it rest for 15 Minutes.
> Add spinach, onion, and fresh Corriander leaves. Mix well
> Add Baking soda and zeera, dhaniya powder.
> Fry Until Golden Brown and enjoy.
Your Crispy Pakora is ready to serve. Serve with mint chutney.
