Cake In Cooker
People who don't have an oven find it difficult to bake a cake, so here I am making a Spongy, soft, and light-textured Cake in the Pressure Cooker.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- Maida(All Purpose Flour) - 1 & 3/4 Cup
- Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Wet Ingredients
- Oil - 1 Cup
- Dhoodh( Milk) - 1 Cup
- Anday(Eggs) - 3
- Cheeni(Sugar) - 1 & 3/4 cup
Directions
> Grind all the wet ingredients( Oil, Milk, Eggs, Sugar) in the blender until smooth.
> Mix All-Purpose Flour with Baking Powder.
> Gradually add the blended wet mixture in the dry Ingredients(Flour+Baking Powder), Until a Smooth Batter is Formed.
> Grease The Pan and set the butter Paper. Pour the Cake Batter in the Pan. Gently Shake to Remove the Air bubbles.
> Preheat the Pressure Cooker on high Flame for 2 seconds. Place the Cake Pan in the Cooker.
> secure the lid of the cooker tightly and Bake a Cake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
> Check by inserting a toothpick in the centre of the Cake, It should come out clean with no sticky batter on it
> Get off the Pan from Cooker Carefully.
Your Soft Plain Cake is Ready to serve.
