Recipe of Masala Bindi

MASALA BINDI

Masala Bindi is the Summer's Special Sabzi made with Twist of Special Masala which makes it tastier and mouthwatering. Cook this Special Sabzi and make your Lunch truly awesome.

Ingredients

  • Bindi(Okra) - 1/2 kg
  • Oil ( 1/4 Cup + 1/4 Cup)
  • Pyaaz(Onion) - (4-5) Medium
  • Kalvanji(Black Seeds) - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Tamatar(Tomato) -2 Medium Chopped
  • Sabaz Mirch(Green Chilly) - (4-5) Chopped
  • Namak(Salt) - 1 & 1/2 Tsp
  • Lal Mirch Powder(Red Chilly Powder) - 1 Tsp
  • Haldee Powder(Turmeric Powder) - 1/2 Tsp
  • Kaali Mirch Powder(Black Pepper Powder) - 1/2 Tsp
  • Paani(Water) - 3Tsp
  • Zeera, Dhania Powder(Cumin Seeds, Corriander Powder) - 1/2 Tsp
  • Zeera(Cumin Seeds) - 1/2 Tsp

Directions

> Fry Bindi(okra) in oil for 8- 10 Min and set aside.
> Add Onions and Black Seeds in a Pan and fry until Translucent. Add Tomato, Green Chilly, salt, Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Black Pepper Powder, Mix well, add water and Cover until Tomatoes are Fully Cooked.
> Add fried Bindi(Okra), mix well. Add Cumin Seed, Corriander Powder, and Cumin Seeds.
Cover the lid for 2 Minutes.

Your Tasty Masala Bindi is Ready to Serve. Serve with the Roti, Makhan, and Mint Chatni.
